Deborah Williams – Midwife

Deborah Williams R.M., RGN BA Degree (HONS) DIP (HE)

Debbie is a British registered general nurse and midwife who graduated from Lancaster University England in 1993 and 1995 respectively.

She is also a specialist in all fields related to normal pregnancy, labor and care of new mother and baby. She also trained at the Active Birth Centre, London to teach baby massage and movement.

Debbie runs well mother/baby clinics helping mothers with their transition to motherhood, advice on childcare, normal baby development and vaccine schedules.

Karen Murphy – Midwife

Karen Murphy-Lyon R.M., BSC (HONS) Midwifery, UK

Karen trained as a registered nurse before qualifying as a registered midwife from Bradford University Hospital in 1993. She specializes in community care and home births.

Her last role in the North Tees & Hartepool NHS Trust Hospital was team leader/senior midwife South Team and appointed supervisor of midwifes (2005-2008). She is also qualified in baby massage and Reiki Therapy level 2.
